Rohan Pre-Lets Cardinal House to VWR International

Leading pharma group VWR International Ltd, part of Nasdaq listed Avantor Group, has committed to leasing Cardinal House, Rohan’s latest logistics development at Dublin AirPort Logistics Park. Cardinal House provides approx. 68,815 sq. ft. of high bay warehouse and office space with LEED Silver sustainability credentials and benefits for substantial profile from the M2 motorway. The next phase at DALP, Contrail House (approx. 69,000 sq. ft.) and Peregrine House (approx. 50,000 sq. ft.) will complete during summer 2022 with planning due to be lodged in the coming weeks for Goldcrest House which will provide approx. 60,000 sq. ft. of space.
