Rohan Holdings commence construction of 12,000 sq.m. of prime logistics space in Dublin AirPort Logistics Park

We are delighted to announce that construction is now underway on Crane House and Cardinal House in Dublin Airport Logistics Park. The facilities will be finished to Rohan’s typical high standard and are due for completion in Q4 2021.

Crane House will provide 51,288 sq. ft. of high quality warehouse with approx 10% office space. Crane House offers a 12 metre eaves, 5 dock levellers, 2 doors at grade and a substantial 54 metre secure yard providing ideal truck and trailer parking for occupiers.

Cardinal House will extend to 68,815 sq. ft. with approx. 10% office space. Cardinal House offers a 12 metre eaves, with 7 dock levellers, 2 doors at grade and a generous 50 metre secure yard.
