Rohan Estate Management is appointed by receiver to manage Dublin north docks development.

Declan Taite of RSM Farrell Grant Sparks, the receiver to the Zoe Group, has appointed Rohan Estate Management to manage Castleforbes Business Park (and adjoining lands) in Dublin City’s north docks. In addition to managing the occupied facilities within the estate, the role involves upgrading the estate and refurbishing individual units. Castleforbes Business Park has now been relaunched onto the market with units available to let from 1,400 sq.ft. to 13,000 sq.ft. and yard space of up to 5 acres also available to let.
