Construction work underway at South West Business Park

Work is well under way at Rohan’s latest logistics project, South West Business Park, just off the M7 in Dublin 24. Phase 1 is due to complete before the end of 2022 and will provide high bay warehouse buildings incorporating high quality, fully fitted offices, eaves heights of 12m and secure yard facilities. On offer will be units ranging in size from 1,864 sq. m. (20,064 sq. ft.) to 5,586 sq. m. (60,127 sq. ft.). Phase 2 will provide a single HQ style logistics and office facility which will provide approx. 15,103 sq. m. (162,567 sq. ft.) offering best in class office space, 14m eaves height and a secure yard with depths of up to 56m offering attractive truck and trailer parking facilities.
