Construction of Finch House now well underway.

Finch House is a 38,631 sq.ft. high-bay warehouse facility with approx. 10% office accommodation. It will boast an internal height of 12 meters, an extensive secure service yard with a depth of 33 metres, dedicated car parking, four dock levellers with tailgate loading and two roller shutter doors at grade. The building will be finished to Rohan’s typically high standard and will be completed towards the end of Q4 2017.
